BLACK SHIRT POLICY

The highest and most elite group of DEFENDERS will wear the black shirts; this award is evaluated on a weekly basis. The criteria for a Black Shirt are as follows:

1.Practice EVERY day
2.Play with unquestioned GREAT EFFORT;
3.Play with an unselfish attitude
4.Unanimous vote by ALL COACHES
